Ts & Cs
1. Anyone who chooses to use the Placenta Remedies does so taking full responsibility of their own health and for researching and using the remedies provided.
2. It is agreed that the Placenta Consultant is not liable and does not take any responsibility for any results or effects that may be experienced before, during or after using the placenta remedies.
3. There is no guarantee to the benefits or effects that Placenta Remedies can give.
4. Please note that hospital grade chemical disinfectants are used to decontaminate and sterilise equipment before and after each client.
5. The Placenta Remedies Consultant does not take responsibility for damaged or lost placentas before the placenta comes into the consultant’s care, it is solely the responsibility of the client until the handover has been done.
6. The Placenta Remedies Consultant will not be held accountable should circumstances arise where the placenta encapsulation cannot be completed until an agreed date and time.
7. The placenta, its storage and suitability for use in the creating of placenta remedies is the responsibility of the Client.
8. The Client agrees that they are not purchasing remedies but are engaging the services of the Consultant to create remedies from the Placenta that belongs to the Client at all times. It is only the time, expertise and equipment that is being charged for and therefore the Client agrees that no responsibility for the quality of the product can be accepted by the Consultant as this is dependent on the original product supplied i.e. the Placenta.
9. The Client gives consent for the Placenta to be collected from home or hospital for the purpose of creating the remedies requested.
10. A non-returnable deposit of 50% is due on booking for the consultation. Once the deposit is paid you will be given a chiller box in which to put the placenta after birth. This box is your responsibility until handover to a member of Cheshire Placenta.
The remainder of the balance is due on completion of the placenta remedy.
